How the Paddy Power Graduate Programme works?
- Successful candidates will join on an initial 18 month graduate development contract
- You will complete a number of 4-6 month rotations around the core areas of either: Online or Brand Marketing
- In the Online Programme you will have the opportunity to work in: eGaming, Online Development, Online Sportsbook, Online Marketing Operations and Online Operations.
- In the Brand Marketing Programme you will have the opportunity to work in: Brand Management; PR & Communications; CRM & Direct Response Marketing, Retail and Sponsorship.
- Successful graduates will have an opportunity to rotate between our Dublin and London Offices.
- Personal work objectives will be set for each rotation to ensure you gain maximum benefit
- Feedback will be provided after each rotation to assist you in your ongoing career development and eventual chosen business area.
You will be given the opportunity to develop your career with regular:
- A full graduate induction programme
- The opportunity to work on key projects
- Information Sessions to provide you with detailed understanding of key areas of the business
- One on one discussions with mentors and HR to help you decide on the best career path in Paddy Power
- Ongoing mentor meetings after the programme has ended
