To this end, in recent years we have invested in many new facilities for our shops, including a market-leading sports display system, a state of the art point-of-sale system to process bets and an easy-to-use customer information terminal. However while our commitment to our customers is second to none, we manage at the same time to provide a fun environment for you to work.
What experience do I need?
At least 6 months in a customer service, cash-based environment is essential. In addition, our ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, have a flair for numbers and hold the same view as we do that the customer deserves the best. We provide full training for all our recruits through both structured programmes and on-the-job courses. We look for the perfect combination of both friendliness and efficiency in our staff.
